Anthony responded to our initial call quickly, understood what we wanted, including an electronic lock for our front door. He purchased the electronic lock & re-keyed all our locks. Installation done in 1 1/2 hours.

I called yesterday (4/17) to ask if they could replace my mailbox lock/key and give me an estimate. The first guy I talked to was friendly and understanding when I expressed that I wanted a true estimate because I’ve been f'ed over in the past by locksmiths that promise one thing and charge another. I like what I hear ($29 to come, probably $90-$110 total) but I wasn’t home yet so I said I’d call them back later. I call back later, and the guy is less friendly (not sure if it was the same one) and he says someone else will call me shortly, without much explanation (I still don't get it). I get a call shortly after and this guy isn’t friendly at all. First he was short when I kindly asked him to repeat himself, since the call was cutting out. Then to be sure, I ask for the estimate again like I did earlier and he refused (sounding increasingly annoyed), said it'd be $29 to come (I already knew that) and the rest would be figured out there. I say the guy earlier gave me an estimate, and this guy actually says “That’s not my company. How many companies did you call?” Rude. I only called one company and he sent me to you! I tell him this and he goes “Oh...” and I tell him I’ll call him back later (I won’t). Overall unsatisfied with the customer service. I would’ve been a customer if I knew what I was signing up for. I have trust issues with locksmiths already so this didn’t help the cause.
